Welcome to Think Wellness: Where High-Functioning Individuals Experience a Sense of Grounding
My name is Pauline, and I am one of the directors and the principal holistic practitioner at Think Wellness.
Think Wellness was created in response to a growing need among high‑functioning individuals who, despite having access to conventional health and wellness services, still feel:
- Shallow or disconnected from who they truly are
- Unsure of their purpose, meaning, or value
- Overwhelmed, lost, or socially unsupported in a rapidly changing world and shifting corporate landscapes
They know they don’t have it all together — but they’re not sure where to begin.
At Think Wellness, we identify this as a lack of grounding: the absence of feeling rooted, anchored, or supported by something bigger and stronger than yourself.
We see powerful mindfulness tools, adjustments to core beliefs, and intentionally designed experiences as a major part of the solution
What Does It Mean to Be Grounded?
Grounding means feeling spiritually, socially, and physically anchored. Technically, grounding stems from your core beliefs. Everything you experience, create, and achieve can be traced back to them.
To make this more practical, at Think Wellness, we view grounding through three interconnected dimensions:
- Physical – How your body feels and functions. When your body lacks the nutrients and care it needs, you feel physically ungrounded.
- Spiritual – Your core beliefs, sense of purpose, and connection to something greater than yourself. This is where you are most deeply grounded.
- Social – Your relationships, sense of belonging, and the communities that support you.
While we honour all three dimensions of grounding, we place particular emphasis on the spiritual, because that’s where your core beliefs live — and where true, lasting grounding begins

Wellness Store – Physical Grounding
Our wellness store offers natural remedies and supportive products to help your body function optimally.
When your body doesn’t receive the nutrients and support it needs, you feel physically ungrounded. Our offerings are curated to:
- Support physical well-being and energy
- Complement your holistic wellness journey
- Help align how you feel physically with how you want to live

L.E.G.O. – Social Grounding (In-Person Experiences)
L.E.G.O is the social arm of Think Wellness. It’s where grounding becomes a shared, in-person experience.
L.E.G.O focuses on social grounding through:
- In-person activities and guided group sessions
- Space to connect with others, share thoughts and ideas
- Opportunities to enjoy the company and support of a group while remaining open and authentic

Spirituality coaching brings the richness of belief analysis to our approach to coaching. Every attitude is the result of fundamental principles or core beliefs (belief system). That is, your mannerism (attitude) is the manifestation of your core beliefs. Very often, we are unaware of these core beliefs. We are unaware because they are deeply embedded in our subconscious mind. But out of sight does not mean out of mind where these core beliefs are concerned. They are the driving force behind all your successes and your failures. A big part of what we do at Think Big Coaching Academy revolves around unearthing the core beliefs that hinder you from achieving your goals.
Not only do we unearth these beliefs, but we also help you purge negative beliefs and replace them with functional beliefs that will help you achieve your goals.
