Hi,
My name is Pauline Bell (aka Victoria Elizabethaan)
As a holistic practitioner, your health and wellness are my mission. I proudly boast certification and expertise in the areas of Herbalism, Advanced Life Skills Coaching and Spirituality Coaching.
I am passionate about helping people adopt a worldview of prevention rather than cure regarding their health and wellness. There is a tendency for us to worry about things we can actively participate in preventing. This may be because it is so easy to worry and actively participating in a prevention process will require discipline, time and money. However, in the long run, worry may cost us our physical and mental health. Developing a philosophy of ‘prevention rather than worry’ therefore, is worth it. With such a mindset, sustainable wellness can be achieved.
In my early years of working as a registered diagnostic medical sonographer, I was awakened to the fact that we are faced with an aging population, toxic environment, numerous unhealthy lifestyles and an overwhelmingly burdened medical system that lacks the resources and philosophy necessary to cope. All these are contributors to an unhealthy society.
And yet, I know this does not have to be. Not only does our body have the mechanism to heal itself, but mother nature has also provided numerous nutrients to support the body’s self-healing process. This means that the health and wellness we seek is with us. Sustainable wellness is just a thought away.
I use my expertise in herbalism, nutrition, lifestyle and spirituality coaching to help people realize sustainable wellness. Herbs can improve cases of ill health caused by lowered vitality, toxicity, tumour, emotional instability, organ malfunction, organ damage, inflammation, hormonal imbalance, weakened immunity, allergy, infection, stress, autoimmunity and unhealthy bowel flora.
On the other hand, spirituality is directly linked to what we believe. Our beliefs keeps us grounded so we are able to self-navigate effectively. My approach to wellness, therefore, incorporates herbs, nutrition, exercise, and belief system analysis. My mode of operation includes personalized consultations as well as group work.
When I am not assisting people realizing their wellness goals, you will find me dancing, listening to music or deeply embedded in some research regarding nutrition, herbs, and sustainable health and wellness. I host a radio program entitled ‘The Other Dimension’ as well. The radio program focuses on a psycho-spiritual approach to wellness and addresses both personal and collective healing and wellbeing. Spirituality coaching brings the richness of belief analysis to our approach to coaching. Every attitude is the result of fundamental principles or core beliefs (belief system). That is, your mannerism (attitude) is the manifestation of your core beliefs. Very often, we are unaware of these core beliefs. We are unaware because they are deeply embedded in our subconscious mind. But out of sight does not mean out of mind where these core beliefs are concerned. They are the driving force behind all your successes and your failures. A big part of what we do at Think Big Coaching Academy revolves around unearthing the core beliefs that hinder you from achieving your goals.
Not only do we unearth these beliefs, but we also help you purge negative beliefs and replace them with functional beliefs that will help you achieve your goals.
